Scout Skills at Camp Lewis

Historian Report:

This March campout was a very memorable experience for all of the scouts. The scenery was great, trees, rain, river, rain, meadows, and more rain. All of the new scouts got a lot of requirements done and advanced farther through their Scouting journey. In total, 17 scouts earned their scout rank, which must be a record. Everyone had fun going through the stations, like fire building, knots and lashings, first aid, and learning new scout skills. Also, we learned to work well within our patrols and got to know each other better. We had a campfire, and each patrol shared a skit or two with the rest of the troop. Troop 208 came and participated in our campfire too. Overall, this campout was great and everyone had an amazing time.
